Evarwyn's YouTube Video "The Day I Became A Hero"

Hey guys,

As some of you may know, I'm role playing my skyrim play-through with my thief Kajiit, Brego. His journey has taken him from common thief to the leader of the thieves guild to assassin and finally the leader of The Dark Brotherhood. Little does he know, however, despite his horrible and cruel history...he will become the hero of Skyrim.

In this video, Brego has walked out of his sanctuary in Dawnstar and discovers the economically depressed town is under attack by a Frost Dragon! Compassion and heroism erupts inside of him for the first time, and he rides Shadowmere into danger.

Nice finish with the power attack! Props to Shadowmere for getting his licks in it always cracks me up when my horse steps to a dragon...

And the legend of Brego spread throughout the land, a khajit n'er do well who found his heart in the heat of battle..... Then posed for photo opportunities for an hour with the skeleton of his vanquished foe.

Evarwyn, would you mind telling us what software you use to make these? I'd be interested in making some of my own in the future.

Thanks! I could have used this last night, when I ran into a bunch of bandits impersonating Imperial soldiers (you could see the stripped bodies of the identity theft victims lying farther down the road). I couldn't believe the unmitigated gall.

I liked "To kill a master vampire" it was like "to kill a mockingbird" .... If Atticus Finch was a humanoid cat ... And the racial prejudices of the deep south were ..... A master vampire.

Hey Evarwyn, heard half this week's podcast driving to work and that you still haven't found a turning point for your character.

Having just done the Civil War I'd say it doesn't really serve much purpose and is basically just killing piles of the opposite factions soldiers. I'd suggest you do Meridia's daedric quest (for Dawnbreaker) she's the daedric prince of life and energy and hates the undead.

As with all the daedric quests she'll suggest you become her champion when presenting you with the artifact. The "epiphany" for Brego would be that he leaves with not only a value for life but a will to protect it (and also to end abominations such as the undead and your vampiric nemesis)

This ties in nicely with the slaying of dragons which are being brought back to life AND killing people, it's a double-whammy.
