Dragonreach: NEKKID
During last week's episode, Joe was nice enough to read my mail about my little Pickpocketing Mini-Challenge, in which I roamed the map pickpocketing every NPC I saw of all their possessions. I reached 100 pickpocketing skill in a little over an hour doing this.
Last night I picked up the final perk in that tree, Perfect Touch. This allows the player to pickpocket equipped items.
Such as clothing.
So I switched over to Part 2 of the challenge: I Will Get You Nekkid.
So now all the guards in Whiterun are in their birthday suits, and I have this huge pile of armor and swords for smelting down into ingots.

Sadly, I couldn't strip the Jarl of his vestments, but pretty much everyone else in Dragonreach is shivering in the cold.

And this was performed smack dab in the middle of the afternoon. So now, off I go out into the world, stripping the clothes right off the backs of everyone.
Everyone!

Awesome =)
I got to 100 pickpocketing in a shorter time but I'm sure you'll all call it an exploit however it was just a fun char so I did it anyway =)
The npc begger in solitude is super good at teaching pickpocket so if you go to her and train once then pickpocket your gold back you get twice the amount of level ups at no cost! Sure you're stripping this lady of vast amounts of gold...but w/e she's just an npc right? What's she gonna do... It's just gonna despawn after awhile anyway =P 5 levels trained and (as long as you pickpocket your gold back after each individual trained skill) 5 levels earned "legit" that's 10 skill points thus BOOM...level up!
I did this on my pacifist breton. I started at level 25 without having killed a single creature/human. Undead were different cause they were icky. I was pretty much stuck as I had no offensive skills anymore so as the character was pretty much done I did this exploit and Liz's speech exploit to get up to level 36 =)
For the record, playing a pacifist was one of the most fun char's I've played. Especially on expert difficulty.
