Leveling several trees at the same time

I hit upon a system of gameplay for a criminal character that will level One-Handed, Archery, Sneak, Pickpocketing, Enchanting, and Speechcraft.

Currently, his is how my play cycle developed over the course of ten or fifteen player levels with Chattus DuFangue (pronounced cattus d'fang), my Khajiit Badass Thief Assassin Invisible Stealth Night Phantom Dark Brotherhood Nightingale Vampire Nocturnal Darkness Shadow Ghost Black Apparition Underworld Specter Spirit (Series F):

STAGE 1

1. Create character; escape Helgen.
2. Arrive Riverwood; wait until nightfall; murder all non-essential NPCs, stealing every item of value. Totally ignore main quest line.
3. Travel to, and clear, Pinewatch; attain daggers and light armor off dead bandits.
4. Travel east on foot in the general direction of Riften, clearing caves along the way, attaining weapons and valuable items. Level up Archery in the caves. Bonus: Somewhere along the journey, get infected with vampirism while fighting a Master Vampire at level 6 -- and winning.
5. Arrive Riften, immediately begin Thieves' Guild quest line.

STAGE 2

1. During course of Thieves' Guild quests, start Dark Brotherhood quest line.
2. Do both quest lines simultaneously, leveling up sneak and weapons trees.
3. Pickpocket every single named NPC of valuable items (all those over 100 gold) for later sale. Pickpocket level will rocket upward.
4. Get far enough in the Thieves' Guild quest line that access to fence merchant is attained. Sell off all stolen items, amass big bank.
5. Repeat 3) and 4) until 100 pickpocket is attained, most likely within a few hours. Sneak will now be very high.
6. Level sneak and one-handed even higher by attaining the Backstab perk, and knifing everybody to death after pickpocketing them for double the XP.

STAGE 3

1. Complete both Thieves' Guild and Dark Brotherhood quest lines; become Guild Master and Listener. Fence merchants now in every major city, each with 4,000 gold, who will buy anything.
2. Continue doing Thieves' Guild and DB radiant quests; loot houses after targets are hit/murdered. Pay special attention to soul gems of any type; loot/steal as many as possible.
3. Attain weapon enchanted with soul trap -- once level is high enough, such a weapon is guaranteed to appear.
4. If not already a bow, disenchant to attain enchanting power; apply enchantment to bow.
5. Roam Skyrim killing anything and everything that moves with enchanted bow, filling all soul gems. (At this point in the playthrough, I had as many as 40 common, 35 petty, 11 greater, 5 grand, and 4 black.)
6. Find or buy a weapon enchanted with Banish. It doesn't matter what it is. (This is really the only element of chance in the entire playthrough, but once this weapon is found, it clears the way for:)

STAGE 4

1. With sneak and pickpocketing now at 100, attain perk that allows pickpocketing of weapons off NPCs. (Later, attain the top perk in this tree so NPCs can be stripped totally butt nekkid, for added effect.)
2. Travel to all major cities, picking all the guards of their swords. Fortify Carry Weight potions/gear helps during this step, because here I was totally jangling as I walked with something like 27 swords and 11 war axes on my person.
3. Find an enchanting table; enchant all stolen weapons with Banish. Even with petty soul gems, each weapon will be worth over 2,000 gold apiece.
4. Enchanting will ratchet up one level for every two or three Banish weapons crafted, because they're so valuable.
5. Repeat 3) until enchanting is 100 or soul gem/weapon supply is depleted (if materials are depleted, repeat STAGE 3 step 5 and return).
6. Return to fence merchants; sell off Banish weapons for approximately 830 gold each. Get totally filthy rich.

STAGE 5

... and this is where I am now. Character level is 38; Sneak, Pickpocket, Enchanting, and Archery are all 100. One-handed is at 67, and Speechcraft is at 78. I have attained the highest perks in Archery, Pickpocket, and Sneak, and am now working on the Enchanting perks.

And I haven't even started the Dovahkiin quest line!

I agree. Leveling-up a few things beforehand has ALWAYS been the way I play. I just don't like feeling overwhelmed when out there on my lonesome (& HATE getting through an enemy or just trekking somewhere & forget to save & having to do it all over again).

Well, if they call ME a cheater for just TALKING to an NPC...

Just claim that your character has short-term memory loss from a concussion suffered during a dragon fight, so you just had to ask him to tell you again. And again. And again. Andagainandagainandagainandagainandagainand

I think playing as an illusionist thief is by far the easiest way to level up in this game because, you will be simultaneously leveling up sneak, pickpocket, lockpicking, light armor, one-handed, archery, illusion, restoration, speech, smithing, enchanting, and alchemy. That's 12 of the 18 total trees that you will use with regularity!

Minus, Stage 1 is KIND OF creepy. Kill ALL Non-needed NPCs

Well, this is an evil character.

Right now I'm working on improving the power of the Ebony Blade by hiring mercenaries out of pubs, making them my follower, transporting them to the little area in front of the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary outside Dawnstar, and slaughtering them. MUhahaahahahaasahhaHAAHAJHSJKDHLJAKSHDAhah.
